​Ann Svennungsen has served as an ELCA congregational pastor, president of The Fund for Theological Education and Texas Lutheran University, and, most recently, as bishop of the Minneapolis Area Synod.

Jodi Harpstead, has served as an executive at Medtronic, president of Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, and, most recently, as the commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
